  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While pasta cools, dice dill pickles and slice red onion. Chop fresh dill.
  3. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add cooled pasta, pickles, red onion, and dill to the dressing. Stir gently until well-coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled in a big bowl or individual cups.
