Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Melt butter and mix it with the dry ingredients, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in half of the mini marshmallows into the batter.
Spread the batter in the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but fudgy.
Sprinkle remaining marshmallows on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Add shredded coconut while warm; cool completely before cutting into squares.
