  • 16 oz frozen pierogi (potato and cheese)
  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of the frozen pierogi at the bottom.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and chopped onions evenly over the pierogi.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and spread half over the kielbasa layer.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining pierogi and kielbasa; top with remaining sour cream mixture.
