  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (90g)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then cut them into thick sticks about ½ inch wide.
