  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil ravioli according to package instructions until they float; drain and let cool.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each ravioli in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry ravioli in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
