1 head cauliflower (about 600g)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying (about 1/4 cup)
Instructions
Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Drain and mash the cauliflower in a mixing bowl.
Add flour, eggs, garlic powder, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes each).
