Crispy cauliflower fritters are a delightful way to enjoy veggies! With a golden exterior and a soft, flavorful center, these fritters are perfect as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (about 600g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (about 1/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and mash the cauliflower in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add flour, eggs, garlic powder, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes each).
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving.
