3 medium Russet potatoes
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut the russet potatoes into even wedges.
In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs until evenly coated.
