1 lb lean ground chicken
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 large egg
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch thick patties.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray both sides of each patty with olive oil.
Arrange rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
