  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch thick patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray both sides of each patty with olive oil.
  5. Arrange rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
