Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface, pressing seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, chopped bacon or sausage, diced peppers, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the egg mixture evenly over the dough rectangle, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly from one end into a log shape; pinch seams to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down in the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares.
