  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 300g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (30ml)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil and oregano mix)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine until al dente as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then sauté diced chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 6 minutes per side).
  4. Add minced garlic and dried herbs to the skillet; sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated before serving.
