  • 16 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong espresso or coffee
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar, whipping until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
