Instructions

  1. If using fresh corn, shuck the cobs; if using frozen, measure out the desired amount.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add corn and sauté for 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add sugar, salt, and pepper; cook for another 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley before serving warm.
