  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup puff pastry sheets (about 1 sheet)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the thawed spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares approximately 3 inches wide.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square, fold diagonally to form triangles, and press edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
