  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas (10-inch size)

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
