  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (red or yellow), diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
