  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
