  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Baking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined. Add the softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped spinach until evenly mixed.
