2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually mix in the brewed coffee.
