Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (cherry or regular)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.

  4. Add the cooled pasta, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, and crispy bacon to the dressing. Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
