  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare your pie crust in a pie pan, using either store-bought or homemade.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until set.
