  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in ground cinnamon until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling over the baked crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
