Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are a heavenly blend of gooey cinnamon flavor and creamy glaze, perfect for breakfast or dessert. Easy to make, they’re sure to become a family favorite!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Powdered sugar (for the glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the dough in the prepared dish and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top.
  5. Dollop remaining dough over the cinnamon layer and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. While warm, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
