- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Powdered sugar (for the glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the dough in the prepared dish and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top.
- Dollop remaining dough over the cinnamon layer and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. While warm, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
