Instructions

  1. Clear your workspace and gather all ingredients and tools.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream over simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the unsalted butter until fully incorporated.
  4. Chill the ganache in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop chilled ganache and roll into small balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or desired toppings before transferring to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
