  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • 2 tsp dried herbs de Provence

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
