  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 oz sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
