  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 taco shells (corn or flour)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and return to the oven for an additional 3 minutes until bubbly.
