  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
