  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • Hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a pot, cover the chicken with water and boil for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Shred the chicken once cooled.
