  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz regular spaghetti
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté diced chicken and garlic over medium heat until golden brown (7-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, sautéed chicken, cream of mushroom soup, 1.5 cups cheese, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil.
