  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken-broccoli mixture and place upright in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over stuffed shells; sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
