  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray and pour half the batter into it.
  4. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Open and check; if not crispy enough, close for an additional minute.
