  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and chop parsley.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts; cook until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes).
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder over chicken, then pour in buffalo sauce. Stir well and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
