  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Warm milk slightly; add to dry ingredients with melted butter. Mix until sticky.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (12×18 inches) and spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the filling; roll tightly into a log shape and slice into 12 pieces.
  7. Place rolls on a baking tray to rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Whisk powdered sugar with milk and vanilla; drizzle over warm rolls.
