  • 6 dried guajillo chiles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • Corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Soak guajillo chiles in hot water for 15 minutes until soft.
