  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)

  1. Slice flank steak thinly against the grain and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sugar; whisk well to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
