Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet two inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  6. For the filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Assemble by spreading filling on one cookie and topping it with another.
