  • 16 oz fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for about five minutes.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish, then layer half of the ravioli on top. Add half of the remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, sauce, mozzarella, and finish with Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
