  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (1.5 lbs)
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, soy sauce, olive oil, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the glaze over the chicken thighs, coating them evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Drizzle remaining glaze on top halfway through baking.
  6. Once done, serve hot, drizzling any leftover glaze from the pan over the chicken.
