  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, chopped onions, and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
