  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and pat dry.
  3. Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour (1 cup flour, salt, and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
